Prototype Plans

We’re champions of providing exceptional customer experiences, right down to the look and feel of your retail location. First time delving into real estate and construction? No worries! We’ve done all the work for you, mapping out the contours of the ultimate food retail location, so that you won’t have to. As a licensee of Tony Luke’s, you’ll have access to a set of prototypical equipment, layout plans, and specifications for your Tony Luke’s outlet.

Confidential Operations Manual

Tony Luke’s has spent years developing noteworthy brand standards. We’ve also identified best practices that go hand-in-hand with our business model like angus beef and Cheez Whiz (see what we did there?) Each of our licensees receives our confidential operations manual. This manual includes detailed techniques for managing and operating your Tony Luke’s outlet, including key insights on inventory, training, branding and customer service.

On-site Involvement

We provide initial training for your general manager and employees, but our involvement doesn’t stop there. Our team will also walk you through your grand opening and extend our ongoing support via additional training, as needed. Regular inspections of your Tony Luke’s outlet will allow us to share valuable feedback, best practices, and recommendations tailored to your location’s operational needs.

Marketing and Advertising

Tony Luke’s licensees will have access to certain pre-approved advertising and promotional materials. Frequently, we design system-wide promotional programs to boost the Tony Luke’s brand on a national scale. Our licensees are invited to participate in these programs as a supplement to their local and regional marketing efforts.
