Tony Luke’s has spent years developing noteworthy brand standards. Each of our licensees receives our confidential operations manual. This manual includes detailed techniques for managing and operating your Tony Luke’s outlet, including key insights on inventory, training, branding and customer service.
We provide initial training for your general manager and employees, but our involvement doesn’t stop there. Our team will also walk you through your grand opening and extend our ongoing support via additional training, as needed. Regular inspections of your Tony Luke’s outlet will allow us to share valuable feedback, best practices, and recommendations tailored to your location’s operational needs.
Marketing and Advertising
